Bulk orders may recieve better prices depending on the size and nature of order. Quotes for such orders must be obtained before ordering. Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping & Returns We ship our orders by USPS from OHIO. All orders will be delivered promptly via Ground Shipping. You can expect your order within 3-5 days. Personal check orders will be shipped after clearance of amount. For Priority & Next Day Delivery, please select the proper option during the online checkout process. We do not accept International orders at this time. Returns THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ANY OF OUR ORDERS. EXCHANGES OR CREDITS WILL BE FULFILLED ACCORDING TO OUR TERMS. A RE-STOCKING FEE OF $5 WILL BE CHARGED FOR ALL EXCHANGES. We try to ensure that all our products are supplied correctly. In the unlikely event of wrong/defective product, simply contact us and return the item within 2 days for an exchange or credit for the purchase price minus delivery charge.
